Therapy in Arizona, New Mexico & Nevada
Therapy for adults and couples in Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada, including online therapy when clinically appropriate.
Based in Tucson, Arizona, I provide therapy for clients in Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada, including online therapy when clinically appropriate. My work is warm, relational, clinically grounded, and focused on helping people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives.
Therapy is a confidential clinical service. It is different from coaching, consultation, supervision, training, or general educational content on this site.
Therapy services
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling is for partners who want help slowing down recurring conflict, improving communication, rebuilding emotional connection, and understanding the deeper patterns between them.
This work may be a fit for couples who feel stuck in the same arguments, emotionally distant, defensive, withdrawn, or unsure how to move forward with more clarity and care.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is for adults seeking support with stress, relationships, emotional patterns, life transitions, personal growth, faith questions, burnout, or values-based change.
Therapy offers a thoughtful space to better understand what is happening internally and relationally, while developing more intentional ways to respond.

Location and online therapy
I am based in Tucson, Arizona and licensed in Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada. Depending on clinical fit, availability, and applicable requirements, therapy may be available in person or online for clients located in those states.
Faith and therapy
Faith can be included in therapy when a client wants it included. It is never required. Clients do not need to share my faith background or any faith background to work with me.
When faith is part of the work, my goal is to approach it respectfully, ethically, and clinically, without replacing therapy with religious advice.
Crisis and emergency note
This website is not monitored for emergencies and is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or contact a local crisis line in your area.
How to get started
If you are interested in therapy, the next step is to reach out through the contact page. You do not need to have everything perfectly organized before making contact. A brief message about what you are looking for is enough to begin the conversation.
Reaching out does not automatically establish a therapy relationship. We would first determine whether the service is appropriate based on your needs, location, availability, and clinical fit.
