Professional Services
Professional services for counselors, helping professionals, agencies, leaders, and faith-based organizations.
In addition to therapy services, I provide professional services for counselors, helping professionals, agencies, faith and community leaders, and service-oriented organizations.
These services are distinct from therapy. Clinical supervision, leadership development, training, and consultation may involve reflection, values, relationships, ethics, and emotional maturity, but they are not mental health treatment.
My professional work is grounded in counselor education, clinical experience, supervision, relational leadership, and a deep respect for the complexity of helping work.
Professional services
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is for counselors, associate counselors, interns, and developing clinicians who want support in clinical growth, ethical reflection, case conceptualization, documentation, and professional identity.
Supervision is not therapy. It is a professional relationship focused on counselor development, client welfare, and ethical practice.

Leadership Development
Leadership development is for helping professionals, clinical leaders, nonprofit leaders, healthcare teams, ministry leaders, and service-oriented organizations that want to lead with greater clarity, maturity, and relational wisdom.
This work may include values clarification, communication, team dynamics, emotional maturity, decision-making, conflict navigation, and sustainable leadership practices.

Faith-Based Mental Health Training & Consultation
Faith-based training and consultation is for clergy, ministry leaders, faith-based organizations, and community leaders who want to respond to mental health concerns with greater wisdom, compassion, ethical awareness, and practical understanding.
This service is educational and consultative. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for appropriate mental health care when clinical treatment is needed.
